The board consists of Sverre Hanssen, who has a long experience from the Norwegian Oil & Gas industry, has had many different leadership positions, and has founded and
developed several companies, Snorre Haukali, who is a very experienced business lawyer and partner in the Kluge Law Firm, and Jon Glømmen, who has a M.Sc in Engineering,
and has an extensive experience as managing director and business consultant, with business development as his speciality.
